Vertical cutting system for fresh and frozen products for oven baking.

Method: on the line / off the line.

Vertical cutting system with waterjet technology. Suitable for focaccia, pizza, schiacciatina, cake, pie crusts, pastry sheets, tiramisù. Cuts both fresh and frozen products, both soft and dry. Can follow any bi-dimensional trajectory.

Suitable for: focaccia, bread, cookies.
